Hi, I'm Rebecca

With more than 20 years in the planning industry, I’m an experienced town planner across developments of all scales and forms, but with extensive experience in the health care and residential sectors. I have delivered numerous planning consents and development allocations throughout the UK for a wide breadth of project scales and uses. I have worked on all aspects of the planning process from site finding, site evaluations, planning strategy, applications, development plan representations, planning applications, appeals and the discharge of conditions and section 106 legal agreements.

I established Holme Planning Partnership in January 2022, with a focus on using my extensive planning expertise and knowledge to work collaboratively and in partnership with other consultancies and development professionals to support clients through the planning process. The business focuses on providing reliable, effective and honest advice, and we pride ourselves on our approachable and cost effective services, offering bespoke solutions to each scheme.

Hi, I'm Richard

Director

I helped Rebecca set up Holme Planning Partnership over two years ago, and continue to support the business with general back office responsibilities. Whilst I’m not a Town Planner, I am a CG artist delivering and creating images and animations for architectural projects, and therefore have a keen eye for detail and quality.

I share Rebecca’s passion for buildings and interiors, and I support our clients when they need help to bring their visions to life at any stage in the planning process with the creation of still images to support planning applications, through to the creation of marketing images once developments are to be placed on the open market, and project interior images to support interior designers. These services can be offered to clients either as part of a wider planning package, or as an isolated project through our sister company Visual Motif Ltd.
